FRENCH BULL's debut in January of 2002 marked the return of malamine but with a modern spin. The classic material know for its durability and striking colour was given a makeover boasting the bold pop culture signature style of designer Jackie Shapiro.

After graduating from Parson's School of Design majoring in fashion, Jackie Shapiro landed in Italy, working for Milan's innovative fashion house, Fioucci. It was here where she began breathing like into familiar images with her graphic style grounded in colour and steeped in imagination. A return to New York sparked a freelance career that led to the creation of her own children's fashion collection, under the "IZZY" label, featured in top stores such as Herni Bendel's, Saks, Fred Segal.

Nel's bright colours and uplifting work have gained her many fans worldwide. She has been nominated for Best Published Artist in the UK three times. Her studio is situated in beautiful North Yorkshire where she lives in a 200 year old stone house with her husband, the write Mark Morris, and their two children.

Andrea Kett has been creating her whimsical greetings cards and prints for a number of years depicting all manner of outrageous characters including posh pirated, pin-up girls, zombie showgirls, dodgy mermaids and devilish brutes. Andrea studied animation at Dun Laoighaire College of Art & Designs in Dublin before finishing her studies at Bristol University. She has designed for a number of clients including Kurt Geiger, Lulu Guinness and Sera of London.
